Biography

I started working at OSU in the spring of 2017 and joined UESP as an academic advisor in the fall of 2018. Exploring our personal and professional lives is an exciting and ever-evolving process. I am honored to take part in this exploring process as UESP students are identifying new possibilities and opportunities.

I graduated from Willamette University with a B.A. in English and an Art History minor but if I could have, I would have gotten a degree in Interdisciplinary studies because I love exploring the intersections between departments. For graduate school, I pursued the next best thing and got a M.A. in Counseling with specializations in Career Counseling and College Student services. This degree allows me to constantly learn from students as they create the next chapter in their stories.

I have a vivid imagination and a voracious appetite for stories whether they are from people, podcasts, books, or TV. I particularly enjoy topics related to fantasy, fairy tales, magic, and the future. I also enjoy painting and exploring this beautiful state we live in with my friends and family.
