I started working at OSU and with UESP in the Summer of 2023. I moved to Oregon with my husband from Mississippi and had a strong desire to work with the college demographic. College was, for me and the many individuals I had the honor of working with prior to OSU, a space of exploration, learning and understanding who one is, how one wants to interact with the world and ways to intertwine the two. I am so excited to be joining the UESP team to work with the students here!
I graduated from Mississippi College with a B.S. in Psychology with minors in Studio Art and General Business. Before declaring to psychology, I explored 3 other major directions. I enjoy learning in the broad sense, so my major exploration and final choices with minors reflect that! I pursued my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling following a few years off from education, and in that time, I grew in my desire to work with individuals discerning their next steps.
In my free time, I am enjoying exploring the area, building my CrossFit skills, and reading too many books at one time!
